12 February 2019 - Client Correspondence List (CCL)

We are aware of a persistent problem where the CCL becomes unresponsive when attempting to view some items from a full client listing. We are building a fix that will be deployed on the weekend 2nd to 3rd of March however in the interim, to get around this problem, try generating a list for the single client only. We will advise once the fix has been deployed and confirmed.

Investigating - We are aware of intermittent issues that are resulting in some agents being unable to view items from the CCL. We are working to identify the problem and restore this service as soon as possible.

Monitoring - We have resolved problems with functions associated with the new styled tax agent portal pages (for example client communication list and activity statements) and will be monitoring during the early part of this morning to ensure all services are functioning correctly.

Identified - The problem has been identified and a fix is being implemented progressively. Affected services have been restored however they may be slow or intermittent until the work to fix the problem has been fully implemented.
